Kerb & Channel Works 2020/2022 (C286-2021) – Request for Tender
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking tenders for the provision of kerb and channel works within the Yarriambiack Shire Council from suitably qualified and equipped civil construction and concrete contractors.
The locations of the works are:-
- Jamouneau Street, Warracknabeal – 240 metres
- Petering Street, Minyip – 215 metres
- Devereux Street, Warracknabeal – 408 metres
- Bowman Street, Warracknabeal – 25 metres
- McDonald Street, Murtoa (Comyn to Degenhardt) – 120 metres
- McDonald Street, Murtoa (Munro to Marma) – 200 metres
- Hamilton Street, Murtoa – 400 metres
- Scott Street, Warracknabeal – 125 metres
It is envisaged the contract commencement date (in line with tender timetable Item 4 in Part 1 Conditions of Participation) will be 13 December 2021. Council wish to have the works completed by no later than 17 June 2022, as such, Tenderers shall submit their own work program reflecting this timeline.
The budget for this project is $510,000 (excluding GST) – pricing will be based on a Schedule of Rates (with an excel spreadsheet to be completed within the online submission form).
It should be noted, Council is under no obligation to obtain all of the works specified in the Schedule of Rates from the Contractor, or obtain the Services exclusively from the Contractor.

Submissions close 4.00pm on Friday 29 October 2021 and must be lodged via eProcure and fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
