RUOK? Community Walk 2024

Gather Time: 10:15am

Walk Starts: 10:30am 

The walk is approximately 3.5km, with a reduced walk availabel for those wishing to walk a shorter distance.

Complimentary Morning Tea after the walk at the Warracknabeal Police Station.

The RUOK? organisation vision is a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide.  RUOK?'s mission is to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with those in their world and lean support when they are struggling with life.

RUOK? encourages us all to reach out to those in our lives and communities, and recommends these four steps during those conversations:

1. Ask "Are Your OK?",
2. Listen,
3. Encourage action,
4. Check-in.
