Heart Week Hopetoun Walk

Join us for this special Heart Week Walking event Sunday 29 April 2018, 10am - 1pm
Walks start from Lake Lascelles foreshore, Hopetoun
We invite you to bring along your family and friends to join in one of three walks around Lake Lascelles, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. There will be a 1km, 4km and a 6km walk to choose on the day.
Enjoy a fun, active day out with prizes, food and other activities, plus the opportunity to meet local walkers and Heart Foundation representatives.
Rural Northwest Health will be conducting blood pressure checks on the day.
A community bus will run from Warracknabeal to Hopetoun for this event.
